Came across this image on team work. This is simply great & "sooo" true. Reminded me of this post (http://sumedha.blogspot.com/2008/11/team-work.html) I did sometime ago as well.

Its good no doubt. But the one in the middle may not be doing the work exactly intended. He seems to take no load but hanging on it.
May be,It all depends on how you look at the picture.
